生猪展望：生猪销售现金收入额相比2014年高点下降

　　US - US cash receipts from hog sales totaled $21 billion dollars last year. That was down $5.5 billion from the 2014 record, write Ron Plain and Scott Brown, Ag Economics, MU.According to USDA's annual publication, Meat Animals Production, Distribution, and Income, five states had more than a billion dollars in hog sales in 2015: Iowa, Minnesota, North Carolina, Illinois and Indiana. At $7.5 billion, Iowa had nearly three times the cash receipts as number two Minnesota. Missouri ranked sixth at $939 million in cash receipts from hog sales.There were 614 million pounds of pork in cold storage at the end of March. That was 2.4 per cent less than the month before and 8.7 per cent less than a year earlier. The amount of beef in cold storage at the end of March was down 3 per cent year-over-year, but frozen chicken stocks were up 4.6 per cent.

　　农业经济学家罗恩·普莱恩(Ron Plain)和斯科特·布朗(Scott Brown)写道，美国去年生猪销售现金收入总额达210亿美元，相比2014年的记录少了55亿美元。根据美国农业部(USDA)的年度期刊、肉用家畜生产、分布和收入，五个州的2015年生猪销售超过10亿美元，分辞为爱荷华州、明尼苏达州、北卡罗莱纳州、伊利诺斯州和印第安纳州。爱荷华州猪肉销售现金收入额达75亿美元，几乎是排在第二的明尼苏达州的三倍。密苏里州猪肉销售现金收入额为9.39亿美元，排行第六。三月末寒藏贮存猪肉为6.14亿磅，比上个月少2.4%，较去年同期少8.7%。三月末寒藏贮存牛肉数量年同比下降3%，而寒冻鸡肉储存量上升4.6%。
